I worked at Nelson Engineering full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Small company, your voice will be heard.
    Family feel with employees.
Virtual office, casual atmosphere while at the office.
    VERY flexible hours.

    Cons

Too much travel for my liking, over 50% of the time.
PTO included holidays so you really had to pick and choose your PTO.

    Advice to Management

Try to get more local business so employees aren't spending most of their time away from home.
