    Administration is out of touch with staff and their needs. Always do more with less.

    Advice to Management

    Outpatient side needs to leverage the separate realities of staff. Just as staff in expected to leverage their realities.

    Pros

    Mission focused, everyone who works here does so because they love children and want them to be healthy. Everyone who works here is skilled and high quality.

    Cons

    Still run by middle age white men who don't listen to their staff, the community or families. Decision making and accountability is not delegated, power held by the VPs.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to employees - not in surveys but talk to employees and find out why they feel they aren't being listened to. Deal with docs and VPs who don't follow Standards of Behavior.

    Great mission, benefits, non-profit, work at home, overall great place to work.

    Cons

    As with any company managment depends on the manager but overall everyone is helpful and appreciated. Pay could be better for people who move up.
