I have been working at NeoGenomics full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

-World class molecular laboratory (AV) -CMO Dr.Albitar is a brilliant mind and as long as he is at the helm the sky is the limit for molecular. -Growth and training initiatives available -Bonus incentives are realistic

    Cons

Some favoritism but as long as you work hard you’ll be able to navigate through the workplace politics.

    Advice to Management

Find right balance for employees to be able to complete work in 8 hours. OT is restricted yet over 8 hours of work is given to an employee. Invest in automation.
