    Pros

    Great engineering team, good products

    Cons

    Product costs too high, slow to develop product, lack of focus on lower cost product solutions, Executive finance and accounting management lacks decision making skills, Lack of product-line profitability, too many high cost manufacturing locations, has no data warehouse...all work is excel based and very labor intensive... no time to analyze data as the majority of the time is gathering data

    Advice to Management

    Implement a data warehouse tool, focus on lower cost manufacturing solutions, train executive finance and accounting management in developing better interpersonal skills, consider contract manufacturing

    Pros

    Opportunities to work with different group of engineers are encouraging. My manager allows a lot of opportunity in me to work on individual project with not much experience to start with

    Cons

    Might encounter personnel that are difficult to work with. Overall not too bad. Salary are below average to market. Lack of raise in salary drove my team to low morale

    Higher management has to be more straight up with their employees

    Worked with a number of talented and experienced individuals who have been in the industry for years. Fun and challenging work environment, great benefits
