- Very terrible management coming from the CEO. No one has a say in the company asides from him. He doesn't listen to anyone and he feels his ideas are the best - People work overtime, late at night, and even on weekends without getting paid for it. CEO expects everyone to overdeliver - As a product designer, user research and user testing are key in my design process but the CEO disapproves of it and says we are smart enough to use our head.
