    I worked at Neopost full-time

    Pros

Great people to work with in. Nice benefits including vacation, holiday, sick pay, 401k match, tuition reimbursement. Company has vision and strives to reach it.

    Cons

Minimal females in managerial or executive roles. Pay is not very generous for new employees or employees in lower level positions. Hours can be very long. Turnover can be high.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees as to how they want to grow, and give opportunities to do so. Don't just focus on the bottom line.

    Pros

International Company makes downturns in individual markets less likely to impact the overall company. Has considerable financial strength and a good reputation in the market, especially in Europe.

    Cons

Serious lack of communication between business units. This often results in unit managers making decisions that benefit one unit but are detrimental to the rest of the company. Is old school with some senior employees unwilling to consider fresh approaches to the market.

    Advice to Management

Consider taking the best of Neopost (and now absorbed Hasler) and making a corporate culture that takes the lead away from Pitney Bowes rather than being satisfied with the crumbs from Pitney's table.

    Pros

Very good balance between work and private life.

Descreasing market with constant reorganisation (firing process) which affects the work atmosphere.
