    Pros

They really try hard to be employee focused. They are communicative with their employees, they try to have fun, and employees seem to be happy doing what they do.

    Cons

Try as they might, they are a long way from being customer focused. Their processes and systems get in their way. They also lack quality training - their few trainers are stellar but they do not invest in quality training programs. Their corporate headquarters does not have a new hire training program or training room.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more than every 2 years when the engagement surveys come out. Our customers are hurting because of our processes. We like our day-to-day jobs, but we are suffering when we cannot help our customers.

    Pros

Great Managers in the Pacific Northwest, and they have an ideal market agenda. Perfect opportunity for client development, and a well respected brand name. A cluster of products that make the selling process favorable, with an array of product line that make the decision process less complicated.

    Cons

There was an inherent lack of "team" in the environment, with many issues to address in the client development arena. Not much (if any) support for the on-boarding process and the development of the new hires. Struggles to get things in line with corporate mandates at a regional level.

    Advice to Management

Develop an "On-Boarding" process for new associates!

I worked at Neopost as a contractor

    Pros

Attracting salary and benefits, good working atmosphere, participative management, international team

    Cons

It seems hard for Neopost's management to change its paradigm to let go its old core business to focus on digital services and shipping. Some seem reluctant to lose a bit of their power even for the good of the company.

    Advice to Management

The decision-making process is too slow to cope with the ever-changing SaaS industry.
