    Pros

The people you would work with ( on a peer to peer level ) couldnt be nicer.
The president of Neopost Canada is also a very nice man and I personally have a great deal of respect for him.

    Cons

Poorly run company that does not value their employees.
Very demotiving management and mid mangement leaders.
Work life balance is not considered here and Overtime is expected on a regular basis
Base pay is below industry standard.
The different parts of the organization do not work together at all. In fact they almost seem to work against each other.

    Advice to Management

Review business practices, as the company is not run by the core values they claim to stand by.
Also, a focus on positive feedback is needed as the company seems to only focus on the negative.

    Pros

Excellent product and great President, most people make the environment great. The endeavour to offer their staff growth through projects and amazing intention of engagement.

    Cons

Some tenured members are mean and embarass the companies integrity. Heavy on the mid range managment staff, the majority are women with critical senior roles only held by men. No real growth opportunity is expected.

    Advice to Management

A correction should be made at the executive level and far more accountibility is required at that level. An improvement in positive communication should be established. Improve pay scale to your existing talent. Hire a female senior executive.

    Pros

Can make some money at NAE position or above, Lots of freedom, Some nice people, Big territory, Good bonuses

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Invest in employees, Do away with ASE position altogether, get rid of revenue/commission splits, pay commissions on time rather than on a 2 month delay, and have better communication between corporate and the dealer network.

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Tournez-vous vers l'avenir en vous focalisant sur le développement salarial et le management global. Investissez dans des structures commerciales back-end qui soient actuelles, évolutives et localisables. Pensez le changement comme l'héritage que vous lai

    Cons

Managers are not great leaders. Most are not at the right place. Few career opportunities. Global company that doesn't want their employees to go outside canada. Mailing industry declining but unable to shift from traditional hardware sale to software solutions.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in people. Great sales reps can't see themself growing with that level of individuels.

    Pros

    They rent very nice offices

    Cons

Sales-- you will be axed after 4 months if you are not at $30k per month sales with an average sale at $2k. Do the math. Expect to work from 8am to 10pm with lunch and dinner breaks and also put in 6-12 hours on weekends.

    Advice to Management

Carpet bagging French company pays US sales $11/hr base so their French and German and UK people can take 6 week vacations, work 30 hours a week, etc. In an industry--mailing that is dropping like a Stone.
