    Pros

    - Pays extremely fair
     - Excellent diversity programs promoting inclusivity and employee retention
     - Excellent hours (7A-6P M-F) with paid holidays
     - Excellent time off benefits, medical benefits and 401K with company match
     - Promotes from within with many career paths to choose: Sales, Service, Customer Service, Management, Training, etc

    Cons

    - The only constant is change. Neopost is in the process of transforming itself to be a more marketable presence which can push individuals outside of their comfort zone. If you look for complacency, this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    - Look for programs to grow, mentor and retain talent
     - Look for ways to maximize employee involvement in programs, playing to individual's strengths

    I have been working at Neopost USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1) Benefits are amazing - 401k match at 50%, average of 11 paid holidays off each year, excellent benefit choices, tuition reimbursement, salary is substantially above most call centers I've worked for, great work hours for a call center.
    2) The management team regularly shows their appreciation for employees in a variety of ways; for example, perfect attendance luncheons, catered lunches for special occasions, birthday cake/cupcakes for monthly birthday celebrations.
    3) The people that are employed by Neopost are some of the finest people I've ever worked with.
    4) ongoing training and development

    Cons

    For those that don't like an active and fast-paced environment this might not be a good fit for you, however, for those who thrive in that type of environment, you won't be disappointed.

    Pros

    Management is open to suggestions and the executives spend time quarterly at each location to review Neopost results and recognize employees. Great 401K, raises each year and excellent growth opportunity. Excellent recognition program.

    Cons

    I cannot think of one. I have been with Neopost for over 12 years and would not have stayed if I had any issues with the company or it's management team.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to have quarterly meetings, sharing company results and recognizing individual contributors.

    Pros

    Call Center Hours of Operation M-F 7 AM to 6 PM, closed all major holidays.
    Excellent 401k, 50% company match and fully vested
    Fair and professional management team
    All employees get an annual bonus
    Lots of monthly incentives/lunches for the employees
    Very nice new building with state of the art cubes and workspace
    lots of opportunity to advance and grow with Neopost

    Cons

    Some employee don't appreciate everything Neopost offers
    If you work hard, come to work you can advance with Neopost

    Advice to Management

    Continue to hire good management, continue with training at all levels

    401K, Benefits, Local, Easy to get a job

    Cons

    This company is trying to be something it's not. High sales turnover. Can't successfully recruit and keep millennials because the majority of what is sold is low tech. The few high tech software products have a very narrow market.

    Stop acting like you competitor and change the logo color.

    Industry is rapidly changing and infrastructure still evolving to provide sales team with skill sets to succeed in the current environment.

    Hire better talent with more IT Sales background and recognize that it takes a higher level of financial commitment.

    Pros

    Great pay, freedom, visionary leaders, challenging, rewarding, presidents conference, company trips, bonus incentives. All these people complaining sound lazy or unfortunate. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. In my second year and made 100k as an ae last year.

    Cons

    Dying industry. Service is lacking and they are cutting admin people/technicians which will only make it worse. Training is ineffective and not product driven.

    Advice to Management

    Don't fire admin or service people if it's not absolutely necessary. Our customer experience is supposed to set us apart from the bad guys

    Pros

    good pay and benefits, although now squeezing the sales reps expense reimbursements tools provided to do the job. i.e. milage, cell phones, administrative help.

    Cons

    Management is clueless about Consultive Sales approach would rather have quantity, at any cost vs quality, sell/lease 10 mail machines in a month = $ 50,000.00 with very low commission vs 3-5 mail machines and a solution sale=$ 85,000-$ 110,000 very high commission

    Advice to Management

    Quite trying to be a Pitney Bowes clone and develope your on brand
