I worked at Nesco Resource full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is no micro-managing which could be a plus or a negative. The offices are a family environment as well.

    Cons

The management is lacking horribly. If you like to work somewhere for a year and get booted out..this is the place for you! Salary is below average at best. Independence location is small and lacks any type of skills or development for you to succeed.

    Advice to Management

Get new management, because I would be shocked if this establishment is open in another year or two.

I worked at Nesco Resource full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Helping others to find jobs and reasonable hours and pay. Place me in a job less than a week and told me the company I will work for will probably hire me full time employee... I recommend this company to anyone that needs a job right away

    Cons

I never had not trouble with this company they've been very helpful. But there has been time where I need to speak with my agent was always around or didn't have the answer I was looking for.

I have been working at Nesco Resource full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Long history in the business. Most of Upper Management has worked this business, ground up. Great resources, training tools, great large national accounts to recruit for which gives lots of opportunity for high earnings. My particular team has been together for nearly a decade.

    Cons

Lots of training for recruiters, sales teams/account managers don't manage accounts well. need more focus and improvement on account management not just how to approach new clients.

    Advice to Management

Shadow and offer additional account management training for sales team. 3x3 sales generates more business than new

    Pros

No such thing with these clowns! If you like being lied to, ignored, having your time wasted, and being completely screwed-over and thrown to the curb like a piece of garbage you should take a job with them!

    Cons

Just about everything especially the people at the Latham, NY office. I have never dealt with more rude, incompetent, and unprofessional people in my life. Completely screwed me over !

    Advice to Management

Fire everyone in the Latham, NY office, except the secretary !!! They routinely ignored my voicemails and emails and when they did respond they just gave me bs answers to try an get rid of me and make me go away! When I confronted them about this they found it funny and laughed at me.

I worked at Nesco Resource (More than a year)

    Pros

    The golf outings are fun

    Cons

No direction or leadership, literally no training or investment in it's employees whatsoever. Here's a desk, here's a computer and we'll see you in 6 months. Nesco is pretty much a chop shop that throws a lot of crap at the wall and prays that something sticks.

    Advice to Management

Put the right people in the right positions. Don't let good people leave because they're working for morons.
