I have been working at Nescor full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Top notched training programs, highly effective installation teams, best in class warranties, the company rewards great behavior and expects top botched customer service from all employees. It's easy to wake up and be lucky enough to be able to represent Nescor to the world. Classiest organization I have ever worked with.

    Cons

At this point I have yet to find any down sides specific to this company.

    Advice to Management

To continue to listen to your employees as you have always done. There is no real need to change anything but always to be mindful of employee needs. So far I have nothing but respect for the personal attention the owners, managers and support staff put into every task.

I have been working at Nescor full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Company with advancement opportunities! We have grown quite a bit over the last few years and it has been an awesome experience to be a part of. Stressful at times but rewarding when projects both internal and for customers are completed.

    Cons

Not enough hours in the day sometime to get things completed and have to be able to move at super human pace sometime but worth it.

    Advice to Management

Keep working hard and it has been a pleasure working with all you and I look forward to continue our journey.

    Pros

I have been at Nescor for over a year now starting from a part time data entry worker to a full time manager in less than 16 months. The company is constantly growing so the opportunities are endless. The environment is very fast pace and motivating which makes me happy to go to work everyday and you don't find that at many places.

    Cons

I haven't experienced any cons at all.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Nescor part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Sorry but this is one place to avoid if you want to make money in commissions

    Cons

Having to where dress pant and shirt to talk on the phone in an old and shabby work place

    Advice to Management

Get some new leads, and start paying some decent commissions like a percentage of the salesman gross not a lousy 10 or 20 dollars commission when the salesman sells a 20K cold stone roofing job and I make 10 dollars because the appointment was set in the evening and not during the day whee would have made a whopping 20 dollars WHOPEEEEE!

Thank you for your feedback. Most call center environments only give you an hourly wage We give you the opportunity to try to make more money and strive to set qualified appointments.
