I worked at Ness Technologies full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed nearly 12 happy years at Ness (out of 14). Great people, fun/challenging projects, decent pay, good benefits.

    Cons

Management changes resulted in a toxic environment. Only interested in offshore staff. Laid off nearly everyone working locally in the US. Reduced benefits, poor pay levels, and no respect for long time staff.

    Advice to Management

Commodity offshore consulting i not a business plan. Go back to high value software development and you'll be able to support high billable rates, and world class development / management staff.
