The individual people make it more enjoyable.
Cons
The workload is horrendous and due to the flex system management expect you to work over your 8 hour day continuously. On average was doing 10 hours over a week but only get 8 hours a month back. Flex system does not work. They don’t value training or any personal development as workload is too high of a priority. Too much focus on Lean principles and safety paperwork, just another thing on the workload which you have to cross off the list.

Pros
Nice people and a growing company
Cons
Long hours expected and when raised multiple times told that's just how it is. Too many meetings, sometimes all day stuck on calls not always relevant. Asking for help and people being too wrapped up in their workload to get back to you. Wellbeing encouraged but nothing actually done about it - not great wellbeing when you spend 12-13 hours a day working. Culture of it's ok because you get 1 lieu day off a month - doesn't compensate for all the extra hours worked. Not one of the team reached out to me to introduce themselves, I reached out to them and had no reply.

Benefits consider the household members FMCG pros include free products every now and then Total rewards package one of the bests compared to other local companies Huge room for growth Believes in potential of young talents Expats in the company provides room for diversity and also veer away from some toxic Filipino norms
Cons
Long working hours Executive position means no OT pay but heavier workload (still long working hours minus the pay) Local leaders don't allow much room for growth outside your niche especially if you are 'needed' Employees are treated as robots Direction has always been to reduce manpower resulting to current employees to be overwhelmed with additional work
