I have been working at Nestlé (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good hourly pay, mileage and a 401k. Drive your own car; able to receive new boots, shirts, gloves and box cutters at any given time.

    Cons

Bad communication between upper level management, truck drivers and the merchandiser team. Some sales reps can be very lazy and when it finally hits the fan the merchandiser is the one who takes the brunt of it. Depending on location hours can be terrible when there are not products on sale in the stores. Hard to move up in the company, most sales reps have been there for 10+ years.

I have been working at Nestlé full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Excellent Insurance, 401K, and Pension

    Cons

Some departments work Mon-Fri and get overtime pay for Sat and Sun.....some departments work a 7 on 2 off 7 on 3 off and do not get compensated for weekend work. Totally not fair.

    Advice to Management

Have Nick Smith train ALL supervisors.....he is dedicated to safety first and foremost, and he follows up on employee concerns whether it be safety, scheduling, quality, equipment problems or any other number of issues.
