    Pros

    Management is doing an excellent job. Carrying out open communication, ensuring that the proper processes are followed and taking care of the people. The pay is also ok.

    Cons

    We work long hours. But it is the standing that gets to you. Apart from that, I cannot complain about anything else.

    Keep fostering open communication.

    easy going but too laidback

    Cons

    No opportunity to get a result for hard work. Don't invest in people and not fair performance assessment. You can get promotional only via personal relations.

    Advice to Management

    The company is progressive and ambitious for future goals. Product development solved its problems, and I am sure business will show its values to its clients soon.

    flexible work environment, constant ongoing new projects give the opportunity to learn new things, experience and gain new skills. flexible work environment an flexible hours when needed

    Cons

    The union let us get screwed over every chance nestle presented them with something. Whether it was a new schedule implemented to cut down ot, or insurance policies.

    Pros

    There is great emphasis on safety, work -life balance and personal hygiene. Members of staff, including the management staff are very friendly.Nestle is a great environment to work in.

    Individuals employed with low qualification may remain on the same job functions for as long as the individual retires.

    Junior staff with low qualification should be encouraged to undergo personal development and those that have developed themselves should be given position of higher responsibility

    work-life balance, if you happen to work at a corp. office

    Cons

    crap management, spreads their people too thin, seriously lousy compensation if you live in California, no more pension either.. nestle is turning into a terrible company

    Employees are generally overworked and don't have much time off.

    Create better schedules, and be more willing to work with the average employees instead of hire and fire them right away.
