Great large company to work for in terms of long term compensation and benefits. Opportunities for advancement abound if you are willing to be in their locations.

    Cons

3 hubs in US. Tunnel vision. "It's a great job if you can put up with it." As long as you can handle the stress the long term benefits are great.

    I worked at Nestlé full-time

    Pros

Company has good work life balance generally plus a great culture and good colleagues who mostly are like family. The firm also have good processes and systems

    Cons

Usually decisions are top down which sort of hampers creativity. Also, decision making is slow which can be frustrating at times because this usually affects one's productivity and then you'd be responsible for outcomes.

    Advice to Management

Allow more freedom to make decision especially for junior managers so as to encourage creativity which is slowly dissipating.
