  9. "This company steals water rights from communities and abuses temp services and contractors"

    Pros

They seem to treat their own people well.
But they also employ a large number of temps. Temps are forbidden to talk to the full time employees unless spoken too, so that's a con, if you're a terrible human being and a full time employee.
The best thing about the company is how they treat their actual employees, as long as you're willing to relocate to wherever they move their facilities in order to steal the quality water resource of the community they're stealing it from. Their CEO apparently believes that clean water access isn't a fundamental human right, so he steals it, treats it and forces you to buy it. Again, this could be a pro, if you're a terrible person.

    Cons

Damn near impossible to attain full time position if you're a temp working for the contractor. You may get full time work for the contractor, with benefits as minimal as possible due to legality.

Again, if you're a temp or contractor, you may as well be slave working with a bunch of of sharecroppers. Don't talk to the full time nestle people. This company doesn't give a damn about labor, they only care destroying communities and paying poverty wages to locals while bringing their own people in.

If you are a full time employee, you better be willing to relocate periodically. As whenever the quality water access is used up, and the quality declines, nestle will move somewhere else to sap the resources of another community while taking resources out of it. You had better be prepared to move with them in order to continue taking part in the plundering of communities.

    Advice to Management

There's no advice evil sociopaths would ever take.

    Pros

Excellent company to work for and I would have worked there for life if I hadn't been part of a mass layoff due to company relocation. Benefits package was very good and liked the fair policy of PTO for everyone. No one could abuse sick time that way. Company had a very open-minded culture for gay employees. I never feared for my job or experienced any discrimination due to sexual orientation.

Also, Nestle was very FAIR in how layoffs were handled. Fair compensation packages were given out and I never felt cheated. My recent employer cheated employees during the mass layoff and a bad feeling with those laid off. After working for such a quality company such as Nestle, I wasn't expecting to be treated so terribly at my last employer.

    Cons

I can't think of any cons. Like I said, I would never have left if it wasn't for the layoff. I can't say that about a recent employer. I couldn't wait to be laid off from there. I doubt I will be able to top the Nestle experience again.

    Advice to Management

Keep up what you are doing. Also, keep promoting when experience and educational credentials qualify a person.
