    Pros

    Strong brand name on resume, great work-life balance, benefits are good. Gym on site and pension available for those hired before this year. Turning it around financially as well. Global powerhouse.

    Cons

    It can be too big and too political. Hard to get decisions made because of how highly matrix it is. Pay is just okay. They need to reduce the amount of meetings, way too much.

    Advice to Management

    Retain and promote good talent. It's a hot market so $ will dictate if you stay or not.

    Easy to use and very visibly appealing. I really like the app. Simple,, provides a lot of different information that is useful

    Cons

    Forces you to answer surveys that should be just an option. Take time and nobody likes to be forced. Make it optional please

    All about the bottom line and make and save money. Lots of consolidation and constant restructuring and layoffs. Heavy and busy workload

    Pros

    Home life balance is fantastic. Most regional supervisors are not micromanagers which allows for a better work experience. Freedom is allowed at the account manager level to control your own schedule.

    Cons

    Company is very large and makes decisions for all decisions based on divisions with largest volumes. Very often geographic mobility is a major factor when wanting to advance in the company.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management needs to give overall directives and allow middle managers more control over their divisions/regions
