    The front line people. The guys on the street everyday

    Cons

    Upper management does not care what the employee goes through on a daily basis. They do not want the employees to have their own ideas they just want robots.

    Advice to Management

    LISTEN TO YOUR FRONT LINE. LISTEN TOMYOUR VETERAN DRIVERS THEY WILL LEAD YOU THE RIGHT WAY. Show you trust them and they will not disappoint you.

    I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The pay is solid. Starting salary (remember this) starts around 48k with a CDL. Company uniforms are provided including two separate boot allowance checks. Benefits include medical, eye, dental, and a 401k. Pretty enjoyable work environment with a good group of guys. Company is also very safety orientated (remember this).

    Cons

    The company preaches safety non stop yet the average employee works 10-12 hours a day. There's no overtime, obviously. Saturday work is also mandatory. So, if you've worked a 55 hour week, guess what? You get to work an extra day, for free. Company preaches safety non stop which isn't a bad thing until you realize it's to protect only them. If you're injured or involved in an accident, their first question is, "what could have you done differently?". Routing is also designed to keep you on the road as long as possible. Out of place stops are pathetically obvious. These are only a few reasons why drivers threatened to form a union over this past summer.

    Nothing will change. Why bother?

    Pay, coworkers and free water

    Cons

    Company preaches diversity and gender balance however they are constantly discriminating against several people. Employees are treated unfairly with management constantly yelling and talking to you badly. Elevated to HR and she doesn’t seem to care as the individuals on the floor are under her. HR has never been this bad before now.

    Great pay, good benefits, lots of overtime in the summer

    Cons

    High turnover in management, poor communication from supervisors, lots of layoffs during slow (winter) months

    Try to keep best employees, switch to 8 hour shifts
