    Pros

Internship program very well organized. Many networking events and offsite visits organized. Best to reach out through a referral as internship program gets very many applicants.

    Cons

Amount of work varies greatly with time of month. Some days were very busy, others there was not much to do even when you would ask others to give you work.

I worked at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Plenty of training through internal programs, in addition to specialized consultants to aide in learning. Travel to different plants in order to learn and share best practices.

Nestle is a great company to have on your resume and you will learn a lot, just don't expect to be compensated fairly for it. I found it was still worth doing.

    Cons

Very extreme internal regulation (which is fine), but for the stress, employees should be paid a higher wage. The roll out of such internal regulations was not done very well which led to additional unnecessary stress.

I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The biggest pro to working 12-hour shifts for me is that I only end up working 3-4 nights a week so you get a lot of time off each month that a normal 8-5 gig wouldn't allow you to do.

You get 40 hours of sick time for the year, which sounds good until you realize that that too is only 3.3 days worth because of the 12-hour shifts. And you'll still get those occurrence points against you for being responsible and calling out when you're sick and contagious.

    Cons

When it comes time to use vacation/sick time you get royally jipped. Each employee gets 80 hours to start when full time; 40 vaca and 40 personal/sick. But working 12hr shifts, that week of vacation only comes out to being 3.3 days off for the year. For an office or 8-hr shift worker, that week is a full 5 days off.

Sick time, hah! You are only allowed 8 occurrences per rolling calendar year. Calling out is 1 point. Getting to work late/leaving early is either .5 or 1 points depending on the time. So if you're sick you're better off to just go to work and not miss any time or take the occurrence risking your job.

I worked at Nestlé Waters North America (More than a year)

    Pros

it is an established company and brand.

    Cons

Water falls far down on the list of key decision makers minds. Difficult to differentiate between brand A and B. After all, it is water and the service is good from most competitors.
