    I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pretty decent starting pay, if you finish your work early and know how to set boundaries with managers you get to go home early. First couple months suck, after then it's ok for the most part.

    Cons

    "If you let them take advantage of you, they will" is what everyone learns very quickly. Some guys get taken advantage of and wind up not being able to handle the job, Sad to watch honestly, but if you know how to set boundaries and focus on your work, you'll be ok. Horrible work culture. They do a lot of shady stuff, say they are going to fix a lot of things but don't. No overtime, despite working over 40 hours.

    Advice to Management

    Treat route guys better. Not in BBQs. But in money and time, the things that matter.

    The pay is great and competitive

    Cons

    too many new people-huge turnaround of EE's- poor management- lots of favoritism- Poor training - bad safety record - company has gone from one of the top producing to the last

    Advice to Management

    Talk to people not down and show empathy. Monitor training -listen to senior EE's as they are the ones who have seen the success nestle had
