    Pros

If you get with the right team the atmosphere is great!

    Cons

Lot's of reorganization, layoffs 1-2x per year, bad leadership at multiple levels, still an "old boy network".

    Advice to Management

Hire people managers who care about people and their careers. The focus is on only "technical people" and the hiring is missing people with people skills, communication skills, and true qualifications.

Politics are creeping into the Boulder office. Annual review structure is archaic. Upper management is more concerned with shareholders' interests than employees.

    Advice to Management

Try to keep politics out. And find a way to advance people faster.
