I have been working at NetApp full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people, challenging work. Supportive work and team environments. Mature processes while still having the opportunity to influence change and driver efficiencies.

    Cons

Work life balance is challenging depending on team. Finance in particular appears to have different work standards than other functions. Offcycle promotions are rare.

    Advice to Management

It's difficult to retain top talent when you don't incentivize them to stay. Invest in your people and compensate them accordingly.
