    Pros

Great people all around and highly ambitious group. Very diverse energetic team that is focused on growing all aspects of the business.

    Lunch is provided daily.

The technological backbone of the company is fascinating with the ability to match context to user at extremely relevant levels. The Visual Monetization Platform provides a solution for publishers to increase their revenue yield on their pages.

    Cons

Small company with limited resources. This impacts the ability to grow the product and release new features into market. Also impacts marketing materials and exposure in the industry.

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow the company at our current rate, yielding quarter over quarter revenue growth. Push product/engineering team to deliverable new features and products to help increase footprint in the digital advertising space.

I worked at NetSeer full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Professional yet friendly environment which fosters employee growth and job satisfaction. Culture was open/good mainly because it starts from the top down.

    Cons

Competitive space and will most likely require NetSeer to do a few more pivots along the way, but they have a good knack for differentiating their solutions.

I worked at NetSeer full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I learned a great deal, and really enjoyed the culture of the company. The executive team here is incredibly smart in regards to emerging technology/industries and are constantly spinning their wheels around innovation which was exciting.

    Cons

Too many former Yahoo employees covering for each other.

    Advice to Management

Reward those who are productive and making a difference for your business.

I have been working at NetSeer full-time

    Pros

Great company to work for, but you will need to have agency contacts in place. The commission structure is a really good one.

    Cons

Difficult product to convey to clients, and you rely on the California people to make sure your campaign performs well. Depending on how many campaigns are running will effect what kind of time is devoted to your campaigns. Long sale cycle.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Free lunch and a well stocked kitchen

    Cons

Last year when I joined the company, there were a couple of new hires almost every month. The company seemed to be performing very well as per the quarter results and then one day all of a sudden there were layoffs, mostly the new hires who had been hired over a span of last six months. I had heard of such layoffs even the year before, unfortunately didn't come to know of it till I had joined the company.

    Advice to Management

If you are not sure whether you need more people or not hire short term contractors and convert the ones you need into full time employees rather than wasting people's time by hiring and firing or much rather streamline your interview process to get the kind of people you want. Saves everyone a lot of time and energy every year!!
