There will be times where you would not get responses timely. Low salary and increase probably because headcount is dispensable. Bonus is not for all employees.

Laid back tech culture and strong feeling of employee appreciation; relaxed and comfortable dress code, very well apportioned office buildings with generous perks such as in house gym, cafeteria, and Starbucks, as well as stocked kitchens and game rooms with pool and ping pong on every floor.

Self directed learning and development is necessary to get up to speed and perform to quota. Very fast paced sales cycle and results driven culture requires diligent and disciplined approach. Best suited for Hard Worker sales types.
