    Pros

    Nice location. Nice people.

    Cons

Great place to work at but management was very unstable. There is not much mentorship when you start out which makes it hard to adapt fast.

    Pros

Fabulous people. All rowing in the same direction!

    Cons

    Not much to complain about!

    Advice to Management

Try to keep NetSuite as whole as possible as you navigate Oracle

I have been working at NetSuite full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Netsuite offers a very competitive package. Aside from that, there are other benefits not just for the employees but even for their dependents/family. Most of the leaders (especially my boss) are very open-minded. There's a constant communication within the team. In Netsuite, you work hard and play hard at the same time.

    Cons

Lack of training for professional development for some general and admin position/level and some processes still need improvements.

    Advice to Management

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at NetSuite full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

NetSuite was a GREAT company. Good management, meaningful work, and a generally well compensated workforce.

    Cons

Oracles culture or lack of culture, poor compensation and unnecessary red tape and rules.

    Advice to Management

When you say 2017 will be a better year for employees, keep your word. Nothing is any better now than it was in 2016. Not paying out stock as promised has demoralized my staff.

I have been working at NetSuite full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great tenure, company likes to recognize internal talent and promotes from within before hiring from outside.

    Cons

internal communication not very good. Not the best on-boarding team. Very good experience with the recruitment team but lazy HR department.

I have been working at NetSuite full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits, home office, autonomy. I'm able to work on interesting projects that challenge my skill set and allow me to grow.

    Cons

Lots of silos between groups. Some trouble communicating between teams. Working with people of varying skill levels can sometimes create a challenge when trying to complete a team project.

    I worked at NetSuite full-time

    Pros

Well, there was some food in the kitchen.

    Cons

The application looks like a 1980s windows application and saying the management team was a micromanagement team is putting it likely. Fortunately, the place where software goes to die, Oracle, has acquired them.

    Advice to Management

I'm not there anymore so I really don't care.

    Pros

    Great pay. Great culture.

    Cons

Career growth is getting a bit hard now that we've grown so much. A bit nervous about the Oracle acquisition. Not sure what will happen to us.

I have been working at NetSuite full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Egalitarian environment, flexible work arrangements, work rarely intrudes on 'after work' life, except at month end. Good salary and benefits package.

    Cons

Not equal working from home opportunities for all, depends a lot on individual managers. Not a fan of the unlimited leave as often employees don't take enough and again the amount of time of is dependent on the manager.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, seems like you're constantly striving to improve and listening to employee feedback.
