Challenging but Rewarding

My mind has been constantly engaged while working at NetSuite. The product is constantly evolving and becoming even better. There are some perks in the office like foosball, fruit delivery, beer and beverage fridge, and lots of candy and snacks. Lots of office gatherings. Travel is the perfect amount to explore new places but not feel like you're constantly on the road. They are very focused on making the client happy too, instead of being an implementation crank facility.
Cons
There is information everywhere - NetSuite is trying to make central repositories but we've got a ways to go. Long hours, but that can be managed by speaking to your manager if it's becoming too much. Not much 'reward' for training on new features - that has to be done on your own time.
