I have been working at NetView (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly people on the phone most of the time. No boss to micromanage.

    Cons

Weird hours, low pay, and unorganized to say the least. When I left the company they did not reimburse mileage for my last 2 weeks and I drove over 600 miles. By the time I added in expenses that they don't pay for working for them, I was making near minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Pay for the expenses that are accrued as a result for working directly for you. Even the worst jobs I have had pay some sort of per diem when working abroad. And schedule more than a day or 2 in advance...

I have been working at NetView (Less than a year)

    Pros

They gave me a opportunity to work. I just graduated from college and the company hired me to get some experience under my belt.

    Cons

I'm a contractor so I would get my schedule at the last minute or the day of which I didn't like. I got a lot of site work outside of my town that was at least an hour and half away

    Advice to Management

Give contractors the schedule a least a week ahead so that can prepare or lookup the location that the person is going. Also list all the location that needed to be done so we can choose what site that is best for us to work at

I worked at NetView (Less than a year)

    Pros

Amazing to work with in the beginning.

    Cons

When the contract ended early due to a company reorganization, they did nothing to assist me in finding another position.

    Advice to Management

Follow back up with your contractors especially when the contract ends early and it is out their control.
