I worked at NetView as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

They paid me. Some how they seem to amble into viable relationships with buyers. I wont associate with them again however.

    Cons

My impression was formed from one of the project managers/staffing personnel. Unfortunately, the employee reflected poorly and unprofessionally for the company. The company may be ok. I don't think very highly of a ceo who does not keep people like that on a short leash. This person actually has a dog as a profile picture. I like dogs - I think it is cute on social media platforms. Just the wrong message on professional platforms.

    Advice to Management

Be careful whom you allow to leave live feedback for your company. Establish a social media policy and apply it to consistently. Social media can help you - It can also hurt you.

I have been working at NetView as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent Communication, Great Scheduling, and Flexible Hours. Netview really goes above and beyond to pay their technicians on time.

    Cons

Some of the clients need difficult schedule arrangements, but Netview has no control over that aspect of the operations.

    Advice to Management

    Continue your excellent work!

I have been working at NetView (More than a year)

    Pros

Netview has gotten me good work in corporate locations. Work is what has been described and pay is accurate.

    Cons

I wish the payment process was a little bit quicker and of course we could all use a bit more money.

    Pros

Netview has been one of the best companies that I have worked with over a number of years. They are quick to detail, clarify, & assist in the completion of every project. They are proactively interested in their field engineers in recognition and ongoing sustainability. They are pleasant to work with before and after a project. I would recommend them to every freelancer/field engineer that I've worked with.

    Cons

I'm hard pressed to find any cons. Once they were having to deal with a client longer than expected to get work-done approvals, but that was not too long looking back. Even then they communicated with us and kept us apprised of their progress.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the exemplary standards, both for your clients and field engineers. Thank you for the great support and follow-through.

I have been working at NetView (More than a year)

    Pros

The documentation and support that I have received from NetView as a field technician has been invaluable. The scope of work is clearly defined, and all steps are taken from their end to ensure successful completion of a particular project. They have been fair and timely with payments for the work performed.

    Cons

Sometimes turn around on jobs can be challenging due to the needs of the client.

    Advice to Management

NetView has taken into consideration my quality of life when assigning tickets that require travel and overnight stays. The support I have received to make sure that I am comfortable, which allows me to provide the best possible service that I am able, has been excellent and appreciated.

    Pros

Great experience, I had the pleasure of working with one of the IT Project Managers Frank Lewis and he was very knowledgeable of the scope of work, timelines and was available when I had an issue on-site late at night. I have worked on many projects for companies but this by far has been the best company to work for.

    Cons

    No cons for this company

    Advice to Management

    More work in my area
