I worked at Netcentric full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great offices, best environments, great events, amazing internal organization and way of handle projects, best colleagues ever. Good for learning on adobe technology and related ones. Good code quality overall and/or continuous tentative to improve on this side. Some nice benefits.

    Cons

    - Not a lot of projects: a lot of people are without work
    - Growing too fast: the company just wants to have more people (certified) hired in order to get new projects but projects are anyway not enough for so much people. First conseguence: a lot of people run out of projects to work on. Second conseguence: too big teams for single projects; this cause people working on boring stuff and with always less responsibilities or exciting tasks.
    - Salaries are lower compared to the market and the general work atmosphere together with this bad point causes a lot of people to leave the company. High level of job rotation and turn over.
    - Sometimes people have the impressions that important decisions are taken just from a small group of people that are historically in the company. Also is not easy to get to important circles of the holacracy organization.
    - Salary increases are minimum or 0 in most of cases and the processes related to the career paths are really slow and/or wierd (based on useless facts).
    - Staying with AEM is a good decision but would be nice to stay open to more technologies in order to get the people learn more and stay more excited (especially on backend side).

I have been working at Netcentric (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Young, flexible company
    - No old structures but actively lived and promoted flat hierarchies
    - Multiple offices but no single profit centers, everyone follows the same target
    - Project teams are staffed across multiple locations, giving you the opportunity to know more than just the people around you
    - Great employee participation in every aspect
    - Events and benefits
    - Top hardware & office equipment

    Cons

    - Tied to the Adobe Marketing cloud. However, this focus gives the company the advantage of being one of the most professional partners for this topic and thus boosts their success.

-Perks within line of modern IT companies (gym, leisure, free fruits & coffee, etc )
-They invest a lot in tools (development tools, great laptops, etc )

    Cons

-Salaries are not in par with performance expectations
-A bit of chaos. workload is not distributed efficiently

    Pros

Top talent in the Adobe Marketing Cloud
    Flexible hours
    Reallocation options
    Great Apple gear
The whole Atlassian suite for operations

    Gamified professional development process
    100% transparent
    Great offices
    Free sacks, cereals, juices
Several tax-free initiatives as compensation options
    Enterprise level projects
Absolutely awesome company wide events (sailing, "Summit", skiing)
Focused leadership in innovating and expanding the business

    Cons

Due to the nature of the projects, and the delivery model, there can be idle times.

Being on boarded to the company or ongoing projects, is not yet a smooth process

I have been working at Netcentric full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Great and nice equipment
    - Awesome colleagues, really nice people
    - The ability to propose almost anything to improve processes

    Cons

    - Management is sometimes stubborn and they have a hard time getting everybodys' necessities. Probably due to a high concentration of "power" in the same areas having the same kind of mind all of 'em.
    - Salaries in some locations are below the market rate (working on it though).
