I worked at Netcracker Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is a fast growing company

    Cons

Human Resource department is completely unaware of real employee demands.
Company is not customer focused. Just care about their own incomes and profits without focusing on having a clear and long-term relationship with their customers.
Company does not listen to customers expectations or requirements.
Company does not have any training path or induction program for new employees. It is hard to know or realize company clear Vision or Mission.
Compensations and benefits are just minimal and just "in-line" to law requirements for each country.

    Advice to Management

Managers need to care about their teams and employees. Not just about profit. If managers take care of their employees, then employees will take care for making the profit grow.

I have been working at Netcracker Technology (More than a year)

    Pros

    They were acquired by NEC.

    Cons

Poor management. They Position themselves as a product company, but they are really a custom software dev. shop. Product management represents that future features and capabilities not yet available are in the current "product"; then they try to develop them on the fly.

    Advice to Management

Provide better training to all new hires. Represent your products and services with integrity and honesty.

I have been working at Netcracker Technology full-time

    Pros

    Good office
    Nice HR
    Corporate language courses(English)
Excellent choice for the beginning of career

    Cons

Benefits depend on project, bad project - no benefits and boring work.
Business trips, communication in English with customers are for team leads (in most cases).
Sometimes, during the interview, they promise one thing and it turns out to be a "not quite correct info" when you start working there.
Corporate courses are not for everybody, e.g. we have Java courses, but employees can't attend them because those courses are meant for non-employees only. Like if somebody wants to be a junior Java dev, but doesn't know Java, he/she can attend this course and when the course is completed, there will be a possibility for interview. But if you are an employee and want to study Java - study it somewhere else.

I have been working at Netcracker Technology full-time

    Pros

NC provides a lot of work to understand typical client requirements in OSS and BSS domains. I worked in Solution Delivery Department and it provided good opportunity to understand billing, rating requirements of client, client side visits are common, salary is satisfactory, good for beginners who want to explore how multiple teams throughout world work together

    Cons

Scope of learning is limited, work gets monotonous as ones experience in company increases, management is bad in delegating and knowledge sharing, politics with client and teams, work life balance gets disturbed with project development, non brainstormed initial decisions with client regarding design, man-days, approach of work, agreements.

    Advice to Management

Effective KT workshops, Career development prospects, proper delegation and management in team
