I worked at Netenrich Inc. full-time

    Pros

Some of the people are genuinely good people.

    Cons

Too many to list but I'll pin point the major ones. Don't expect to make anymore than your salary via bonus or commissions. This is the "cheapest" company I've ever worked for in compensating it's employees unless you are of Indian decent. C-Levels are banking as much as they can and don't expect to be part of that payout at all. You are put up at the nastiest hotels when traveling and plan on sharing your room with another employee even if the room is $80. The micro-managing is absolutely crazy. There is no training program, period. Reading some other reviews say "Start Up" and "I'm sure will have a training program coming". Don't bet on it. It's an expenditure therefore you won't see that happening. They churn employees in and out like cattle as well as partners. The attrition level is through the roof because they aren't "great" at any services. Lastly, the average expense turn around was almost 3 months and you pay all travel out of pocket so put some cash aside for the 3 months they are using your money.

    Advice to Management

    Abort

    Pros

    Not much to list here

    Cons

Horrible structure, very little support, low pay, THEY DON'T REIMBURSE you for expenses incurred for company related business even though they make you sign a form describing expenses reimbursement. Poor management style, poor follow up.

    Advice to Management

Change the way you do business as your practices are way below industry standards.

Not much formal training, but it is a growing company -- I suspect this will be in place soon.

    Pros

Great people at all levels within the entire organization both in the US and overseas. Executive leadership is very focused and has a good vision on where to take the company. Solid SaaS solution and services organization.

    Cons

    - Micromanagement to the Nth degree
    - Unrealistic expectations for a non-brand with little to no investment in marketing and attending of events
    - Messaging constantly changes creating confusion both internally and with prospects

    Advice to Management

    - Desperate need to hire a seasoned Sales VP to lead and drive a positive sales organization
    - Suggest more than one sales kickoff and training to drive positive alignment within the sales organization

    Pros

Most employees are very nice. Even the ownership group is really nice. CEO is personable. That is really all. Nice building?

    Cons

Goals for are unrealistic despite what they tell you when you get hired. Some favoritism based on country of origin. People that talk big but do not produce are treated like kings.

    Advice to Management

Be more in touch with what is going on. Set realistic goals for the company, not what you want to make. Be honest about those goals. Do something to help employees bond sometimes, like a lunch or something

    Pros

Fast growing company with an aggressive culture. Management is mostly entrepreneurial, with a couple of very seasoned, solid executive management members.

    Cons

The company is self-funded - no investment from external sources. This makes priorities critical. Still low-budget and shoe-string mentality in a high growth company. Getting bonus dollars is hard.

    Pros

    Visionary CEO inspires all
    Empowered team
Robust market opportunity to help empower IT to new heights

    Cons

Nothing out of norm for small company, e.g., competing priorities and...
Employees own much more, e.g., of marketing, themselves than they would in a larger company (this in many ways a good thing - control destiny much more)

    Advice to Management

    Stay the course...

I worked at Netenrich Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good Compensation Structure, Unique Sales Motion with great traction in the recent past, CIO's love the solution, Hands on sales management with good pre-sales support. Methodical & Operations driven

    Cons

    - Complex sales cycle which requires consultative selling skills to be able to be successful
    - Fast paced and innovative sales motion requires remote resources to put extra efforts to keep up with the corporate team
    - Can be a challenge for Reps outside the industry

    Advice to Management

    - Please understand that a complex sales motion like yours requires people with good understanding of IT, Operations, Consultative skills to be able to position and pitch to the C level executives of an organization hence do not hire sales reps out side the industry as it make it tough for them to understand and perform
    - You need more than 1 sales kick off and training a year to make sure remote teams are aligned and can keep up with the innovations and enhancements in the sales motion
