A good workplace with great colleagues!
Aug 24, 2017 - in Stockholm, StockholmRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
+ Great colleagues + Welcoming and caring environment + A great work environment for both personal and professional development + Learn a lot in a short amount of time - fast paced work environment + Interesting projects and clients + A lot of fun things happen at the office + Young and creative employees + Different company structure and leadership style
Cons
- At times: Stressful work environment and long hours - high tempo - Not to be able to work from home at times - The organisational structure demands that you are secure in yourself, know when to say no and what will benefit you in the long term. This is also a great topic to discuss with your mentor who can provide valuable insights. - Transparency is a key value but can be better.

Amazing place to work, open mindset, highly competent people, great atmosphere, excellent personal development
Feb 6, 2017 - Talent Search and Talent Management in Munich, BavariaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Knowledgesharing and great support for you personal career development matter a lot to Netlight. Everyone is welcoming, open-minded, and always up for constructive feedback, support and help for whatever question you have, and loves what they do. Highly professional spirit while maintaining a fun, passionate, creative atmosphere. Everyone's involvement is highly appreciated, every conversation at eye level.
Cons
For me personally, there's nothing I dislike at Netlight so far. One should love a certain freedom in how to structure your day, how to prioritise in what topics you want to engage in and so on in order to love working at Netlight, because everyone shapes their career here personally and individually.

Pros
The culture at Netlight is extremely strong, encouraging everyone to take responsibility for their own personal development (with coaching support from their personal mentor). It's also a culture of caring about the people around you - both other Netlighters and also people in general, for example the people you're working with at a client. Through this care a highly collaborative and prestigeless attitude is created and you know that you will always get the help you need, whether it's regarding a technical problem in a project or a sounding board for your own personal development. This open culture also encourages people to take leadership and responsibility, and an attitude of 'just do it' where everyone can (and does) contribute to constantly making Netlight better.
Cons
Because of the highly collaborative culture, lone wolves and divas will probably not like working at Netlight. To get the most out of Netlight you also have to take the responsibility mentioned above, which might include putting in some extra work outside of office hours. You won't get spoon-fed anything, so if you're not prepared to put an effort into your own development you will soon find it stunted.

Pros
Great work life balance. They give attention to personal career development.
Cons
Not a con but you need to have a lot of self initiative in the beginning, since there's no bosses to tell you what to do.

Outstanding colleagues and opportunities for personal development
Aug 11, 2016 - Associate Manager in Stockholm, StockholmRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- The best place to be if you really value your personal development and want to grow as a professional. This is achieved by for example: knowledge events in different areas arranged by employees, courses internally held, a tactic to go out of the comfort zone and get challenging assignments, evaluations and personal development plans twice a year. - Awesome colleagues that are highly skilled, ambitious, friendly and helpful. There's always people to learn from regardless the topic. This is achieved by valuing recruitment as high as sales and consulting. - Flat networking organization, where you're able to bring together some colleagues (senior as junior) - and make changes happen. No bosses, discuss with colleagues when necessary and take advice from your mentor. The concepts of employer and employee are not separated at Netlight, you'll be both at the same time - for example involved in interviews and coaching at an early stage.
Cons
Netlight is not run like a traditional company and will not suit everyone. This is the wrong place to be if you: - Prefer a decisive boss and don't want to seek and take responsibility on your own initiative. - Feel uncomfortable doing work you don't fully master. - Want to belong to a small team consistent over time. - Don't value personal development so much that you are willing to do it in your spare time. - Want a nice title, unchallenged power and a big office for yourself.

Great company culture that empathises on helping each other. This in turn leads to quick personal development, great client delivery and a lot of fun. Good and fair compensation. Quick career and compensation development. Most assignments are interesting and challenging.
Cons
If you are not up for a lot of responsibility, it might feel overwhelming.

Cool Culture but has lost it's mojo
Aug 4, 2018 - IT Consultant in Stockholm, StockholmRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great colleagues Great culture for personal development and growing If you are one to be seen you are in for a great career
Cons
Sales has lost the real focus, instead of selling want the consultant want, they are just selling people off for the buck If you speak your mind and it is not the managements mind, you are out in the cold. age discriminating
