Pros
People here really care about each other and become your friends. Everyone is welcome and accepted for who they are. Likewise, you are expected to treat everyone with the same respect they treat you and to show humbleness for others' opinions and uniqueness. You can part take in all areas of the organization: sales, recruitment, talent management, on boarding, employee value proposition, events, to name a few. Which is an amazing learning experience and a great way to kick-start your career. There is a lot of work at times, but it depends on how you look at it. You get to engage in all areas of the organization if you want to and it's your own responsibility to set your own boundaries. You have a large say in how your everyday will look with regards to assignments, responsibilities and organizational changes. Initiative is appreciated. Wishes and suggestions are met openly, but it's always your responsibility to present it and prepare it wisely. If you are hired in to Netlight, it means that you have trust from day one. Trust in trying and failing, gaining responsibilities and trust that you will handle your assignment and tasks in a good way - always with the opportunity to ask for help from people who will gladly give their time to help you.
Cons
This is an organization that creates a lot of emotions for the people who work here. People get really engaged, happy and invested working at Netlight. The same intensity of feelings can be found when things go bad. When people decide to leave, when people don't find their place in the network, when people disagree with how things are done in the organization - people can get really upset and take it very personally. It takes some practice to learn how to handle these situations both on an individual and organizational level. Netlight and the individuals who work here still has some work left to be done in this area.

Pros
The culture at Netlight is extremely strong, encouraging everyone to take responsibility for their own personal development (with coaching support from their personal mentor). It's also a culture of caring about the people around you - both other Netlighters and also people in general, for example the people you're working with at a client. Through this care a highly collaborative and prestigeless attitude is created and you know that you will always get the help you need, whether it's regarding a technical problem in a project or a sounding board for your own personal development. This open culture also encourages people to take leadership and responsibility, and an attitude of "just do it" where everyone can (and does) contribute to constantly making Netlight better.
Cons
Because of the highly collaborative culture, lone wolves and divas will probably not like working at Netlight. To get the most out of Netlight you also have to take the responsibility mentioned above, which might include putting in some extra work outside of office hours. You won't get spoon-fed anything, so if you're not prepared to put an effort into your own development you will soon find it stunted.

I love working at Netlight because of the unique and genuine culture. You can feel it the minute you walk through the door at any office. Netlighters really lives through shared values, groundbreaking knowledge sharing and a heartfelt passion for creating great results. with a genuine and sincere focus on equality through all parts of the organization.
Cons
The hours can be long, however it is great fun. Just make sure to have that work/life balance under control. Also, some people may not fit into an organizations without strong hierarchies. But for those who do, the opportunities are countless!
