I worked at Netricom full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of experience to gain and opportunity to learn, great for your first job in the telecommunication industry. Good benefit package.

    Cons

Work is not consistent, since is project base, every year is different, I have been home up to 35% of the time for one of the year I worked here.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Netricom full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

not many. It;s every man or woman for himself. Unless you are related to the owners.

    Cons

Blatant nepotism, complete lack of concern for employees, dishonest communication with employees, badly managed finances, toxic work environment.

    Advice to Management

None. I doubt they would either listen or care.

I have been working at Netricom full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

40 hours at a descent rate

    Cons

no communication from management poor management worse ownership loss of vehicles loss of annual increase lack of positive work environment seemingly no effort or will in acquiring new customers in the field in which prestige/netricom trained me in

    Advice to Management

close the doors I have worked for Netricom formerly Prestige Telecom for over 15years as a installation tech in Toronto and I would not recommend working for this mismanaged company that suffered multiple bankruptcies under prestige then rebranded under netricom I have had 9 different direct managers in 15 plus years and I see no sign of change in the culture that has led to a constant black cloud of job security

  6. "A poorly managed organization. Provider of dead-end jobs. Not bad if you're seeking temporary work in between real jobs."

I worked at Netricom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Relatively low-stress positions. Ability to wear headphones throughout the bulk of the work day. If you're interested in the inner workings of the telecommunications industry, you'll find out more even in entry level positions.

    Cons

Mismanagement. Routine failure to perform employee evaluations. Lack of unifying company culture. Generally incompetent employees. Work is repetitive and mentally unengaging. Poor office accommodations.

    Advice to Management

Develop strategies to boost employee morale. Deliver on promises to increase wages.
