Pros
This is an organisation that truly values each and every employees contribution. In my entire career so far, I have never felt so supported and part of a team as I have here at Netskope. The work is challenging, the customers also can be challenging, but everyone is playing on the same team and there is no politics. The culture is king here, and as a bonus we get a salary too :-)
Cons
It is a truly global organisation with activities running around the clock. Sometimes the working day can have some odd hours but its always manageable and time off is encouraged.

Pros
Good solutions, some professional people, work remotely, good salary.
Cons
A company focused only on money, not people. I have seen a lot of people fired just because they don't reach the goals one month or because some manager does not like them. There is a lot of stuff turn over. If you are looking for job stability I do not recommend this company. The salary is good, but does not compensate for the quality of life. The Bank Holidays in your country are not respected, they invite you meetings outside of your working hours and you have to accept if you don't want be fired.

Pros
Autonomy to work independently - I am trusted and free to do what I recognize needs to be done. Culture is amazing! Consistently Been that way since Day-1, several years going
Cons
Love the work, but the hours are long. Work/life balance can be tricky to strike in the competitive market with growing demand for SASE. I guess this is that 'good problem to have'.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and recognize our Marketing leadership. We work hard to hire the right people and then try to get out of their way. It is always nice to hear the good with the bad.

Pros
Competitive salaries + ESOPS Permanent remote work Collaborative environment: Netskope is a collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas and work together to solve problems. Get the change to work with global team member.
Cons
Netskope is a competitive company with high expectations for its employees, which can lead to long hours and stress during release times. Netskope does not offer some of the typical employee benefits, such as internet reimbursement, gym membership, and work-from-home reimbursement for new employees.
