Learning experience: Founding team and VPs has decades of experience each, and every single engineer works with them on a regular basis. Having working at a top 5 technology corporation, I can confidently say that the learning experience was far better at Netskope, made me a better engineer. Pay competitive and on par with other friends with similar tech experience as me had received elsewhere. General enthusiasm in office and a 'happy environment' to work in: people sitting next to you are self-motivated, happy with their bosses and are generally excited about their work - which is a great thing.

I find that everyone that works here is happy to help out when you need it and the people are super friendly. Being somewhat new, I often invite people to web meetings just to introduce myself. This has been going well. I feel a little odd to have such a light agenda for a meeting but without being able to meet people in the office this is what I have come up with.

The company has done an amazing job over the last 6 months of maintaining culture and morale during the pandemic. First off the overall business is doing well and we continue to hire great people. Second the company has been extremely flexible and accommodating around some of the challenging personal and family situations during shelter in place. They have added 3 additional holidays this year and are trying to recognize diversity and inclusion throughout the company. I feel like Netskope genuinely cares about its people and that starts with the CEO and permeates through the company. I think that Sanjay Beri is the best CEO I've ever worked with in my career! With all the crap going on in the world, I consider myself very fortunate to be here and working with some fantastic people!

I started just prior to the pandemic and this company has continued to flourish. I enjoy working with the people here and everyone has the passion to help make this company excel and grow. People here are brilliant, inspiring, and supportive. Our CEO, Sanjay, continues to connect with the employees regularly with an open dialog session. He emphasizes the support of our well being and encourages us to take time with our family. The wellness days help us connect with ourselves so we can be refreshed. This has allowed me to share my creative ideas amongst my team and across organizations.

Great product, a leader in SASE solution. Nice and helpful people from top to bottom. Easy to connect and get help when needed. CEO was a very nice surprise. Sanjay is highly technical and really involved. Good company to work for if you enjoy the position.
