    Pros

Company provides some good benefits like uncapped medical leaves in case of serious long running medical problems.

    Cons

The recent developments and weird management decisions leading mass work force terminations which in-turn left many people jobless

    Advice to Management

Pls think twice before you decide to terminate your long associated employees, for you they are just another employee for them the company is everything..!!!

    Pros

Can work form home a few times on approval from the manager.
    Office time is flexible

    Cons

Major concern: There's no proper hike for many years in a row. Freshers who joined recently have been given hike whereas people working for years together are not considered.

Management and leadership are not visible even though this is a small subsidiary.

No vision of the management or if it's there, then we have not heard about it.

Politics and bias is the order of day.

No resources for departments to do their day to day work.

Everything requires an approval and approvals take a long time. Too much process.

No facilities except for 15 year old broken down TT table.

Lucky to have a few projects to work on.

    Advice to Management

Proper strategy in place and be inclusive in nature

Marketing and sales to help increase brand value which might lead to more sales and revenue of the products and in
turn lead to employee financial growth and opportunities.

Revamp of products to be market ready

    Reduce process and hierarchies

    Increase transperancy
