Passionate colleagues, fast paced dynamic environment that gave you an opportunity to stretch and learn. It was possible and even expected that employees would proactively step up help their colleagues solve a problem.

Cons

Compensation was below industry average. There was little time and effort spent on helping employees develop their careers. As job responsibilities for positions increased exponentially, salaries remained the same. So without any kind of career path, employees who had become mission critical, left the company for better opportunities elsewhere.

NetSpend tries to do a lot of fun things and if you like free alcohol you'll enjoy working here.

If you value anything else including career path, departments that work together or honest management you'll be disappointed.
