    Advice to Management

I have been working at Network Capital full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    * late sometimes without getting in trouble.
    * dress code is flexible
    * materials needed
    * saturdays are good days to work

    Cons

    - very little pay, all my friends at other companies make more and work less
    - they treat you like another number
    - little to no training
    - no culture or ant type of excitement in the office, everyone seems depressed..

    Advice to Management

If I were to give advice to the management then I would say to do more training, pay us a lot more, get us better leads and show ud WHY we should keep working here.

    Pros

They have great motivation and impressive rates.
They will pay for your licensing and non existent training
    Flexible days off

    Cons

Seems like this company is notorious for over promising and under delivering, they know you wont stay for a while so they dangle a carrot. Higher pay, better leads and " a new office " - how can you have another office when you're barely keeping this one open?

Be Very careful when working here, this is where liars and egos thrive. Looking to try my luck at a better company real soon. Found out last week that working here is a stain on your resume too...

    Advice to Management

    you're doing great, at lying

    Pros

Compensation/commission was good. Able to make a lot if you could close loans quickly.

    Cons

Pressure to meet sales goals. OT is expected. High turn over. Minimal training, so you either caught on or were let go.

I worked at Network Capital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are really good on getting a good deal, over heard a manager saying it was because of how low the pay is. So they will beat a lot of other lenders so the sale is pretty easy. They have a lot of stores nearby and a good view I guess.

    Cons

The downsides of network capital would be the revolving door- this is the worse place if you want a stable job with benefits. They are running a sweat shop and will wrongfully terminate anyone to make sure their pockets are filled up. I had a horrible time here and I don't see how any logical person would spend their time here.

    Advice to Management

Take time to know your employees and see what will make them happy, get better leads and don't have unrealistic expectations. Overall rate this place a D-

I have been working at Network Capital full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is a chance, very small chance - like under %5 chance that you will like it here and make decent money. They teach you the basics of the mortgage industry, so basic that a 20 minute youtube video could teach you more.

    Cons

If you work here then I don't need to clarify the cons, if you don't work here then simply talk to someone there or read postings (the real ones)

    Advice to Management

Stop lying and being so shady, I know that's how you grew but it can only take you so far.

I worked at Network Capital full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Awesome manager who helps you develop as a person
Awesome coworkers who make the day go faster
    Free soda, great views
    Overtime
Chance to get licensing test to become mortgage banker paid for if you are a high performer even within your first week

    Cons

When team numbers are hit everybody's job is safe, when they are not, everybody needs to be on their toes.
Outlook of the industry at this current moment is not looking good and whole industry is downsizing
Upper management don't really care about people, just production.

    Advice to Management

Instead of looking for the same kind of production that was easily obtainable during the times when mortgage rates are low, adjust and learn to cope with the current market and have realistic expectations.

I have been working at Network Capital full-time

    Pros

Radio show provides decent leads but only go here if you enjoy being sexually harassed to keep your job.

    Cons

Everyone screaming and swearing at employees creating a hostile work environment. Management tells us to write fake reviews and half the time their checks bounce.

    Pros

    Good People, familiar computer software

    Cons

Very "interesting" way of doing business

    Advice to Management

I would suggest hiring and retaining people who are good at what they do, rather than good at tricking the system to get what they want.

I worked at Network Capital full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Free Soda... Thats about it.

    Cons

Terrible pay, commission is very subpar to industry standards.

Revolving Door, most employees been there less than 6 months.

If you want to make less than 24k a year on minimum wage and no way to make any comission NETCAP is right for you....

They ask you to write good reviews while you just start and threaten to fire you if you don't

Every positive review here is basically incentivised in order to bring in new victims as employees

    Advice to Management

Consider working for a better company that cares about its employees and not just management
