    Pros

Really good commission percent, more than most others. Liking the logos and marketing stuff. Good people and looking forward to them helping me to grow my business

    Cons

Have to keep both eyes in deductions and work with support group on just about every load and it gets a little time consuming, I mean they know their stuff but I know mine so we get through it

    Advice to Management

Just keep the commissions coming and maybe they need to come see agents more often and understand our business and our customers credit needs to really free me up to deliver more.

    Pros

commission split was among best in business

    Cons

They keep a $10,000 reserve on commissions. When you leave they are supposed to distribute that to you after 60 days...over 90 days, still don't have it.
Slow to pay carriers that hauled my freight.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your bills.

    Pros

Great work atmosphere. They really value their employees. A real generation Y company. Great benefits and ease of communication with C-level executives.

    Cons

If you don't like an open floorplan work environment this is not the place for you. Very lively work environment.

    Advice to Management

Continue to keep the open-door policy and employee appreciation events. It makes the company worth working for.

I have been working at Network F.O.B. full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Tons of opportunity for personal growth and development, as the company promotes from within. Manageable workload compared to some other jobs in the industry. Overall, great group of people to work with.

    Cons

Typical cons of working in the transportation and logistics sector: your level of success is oftentimes tied to a volatile truck / freight market. Creative thinking ability and good issue resolution skills are must-haves.
