    Pros

    4 day work week

    Cons

lazy and unfair management, no layout of workload so most people didn't have to work as hard as some, no work life balance, favoritism from management creating a hostile work environment, no structure, low pay for high stress environment

I worked at Network Global Logistics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Enjoyed working with my co-workers but work experience was bad

    Cons

This company took over a thriving existing business and ran it into the ground in 18 months. Poor management forced them to lay off 50 employees when they lost contracts in two cities. Terrible training. Lied to employees to keep them on until they gave up and left. Forced employees to sign agreement to pay insurance in event of accidents. Dept of Labor investigation of OT pay required them to pay back pay to many employees for poor book keeping. Low pay and benefits. Treat their employees like the enemy. Didn't even get a Christmas card or Bonus.

    Advice to Management

Treat employee like they are a value asset to your company.

I have been working at Network Global Logistics (More than a year)

    Pros

It is rewarding to be able to help save lives when we dispatch drivers to transport livers, kidneys, lungs, heart valves etc.

    Cons

They don't pay enough to keep quality people that they have invested money to train. They have a VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATE. Also it creates low morale when you have a manager that doesn't know how the employees do their job because he can't do it but still gets paid a bonus because of the work WE DO.

    Advice to Management

instead of trying to always focus on PROFIT only, realize your employees are just as valuable. With proper investment your employees will be happy, therefore will work better and your profit will increase.

    Cons

Poor Management, Poor HR response to internal employee issues, some employee bickering not good.Management conflict not handled maturely.Treatment of temporary workers unfair by some warehouse supervisors.

Be accountable, hold Hr accountable for not taking care of internal employee issues (especially harassment ). Temporary workers are a commodity not cattle, and treat customers with respect by email and phone interaction.

    Pros

Good people to work with as far as coworkers.Sad thing is a lot of them have been loyal for years without any raises or acknowledgements.

    Cons

Management was too liberal, and only reacts when something is about to be exposed or blown up in their face. A lot of scandalous behind close doors good ole boy politricks. They have the mindset, if you want a raise, you won't get it here; you can easily be replaced.

    Advice to Management

DO YOUR JOB!!!! Pay more attention to your lower level employees. Give them some incentives.Don't treat them as dispensable and just fire and hire away.

    Pros

Turn over in this company is the worst I've ever seen, with any luck if you don't like your Superior(unless they are an Executive) they'll either leave or be let go. Regardless if it was merited or not.

    Cons

This company is constantly changing not for the better due to poor Executive Management. It seemed to have a “good ole boys club” mentality where Executives hire their buddies in executive positions regardless of experience or a proven leadership track record. Your hard work will not be recognized here unless you are one of those Executives who like to encourage a “can do” attitude but don’t acknowledge where dues should be given. Despite years of loyalty and proven benefit to this company they will cut you lose the moment it benefits them financially. There are good people that work here but the ones in power could care less about the employees under them. Pay is low when compared to similar organizations and you will not receive any raises despite obtaining additional job duties due to them firing people and not hiring to replace them.

    Advice to Management

Take leadership classes and learn to respect the hard work that happens day-to-day behind the scenes.
