    Pros

    Cons

Some clueless senior people in and around, who have no idea about the risks they put out, other than bullshitting their way thru out the company. Many dead wood lying around. people who shirks their responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

Tough for it to make a change, AND the CEOs' name gets used alot to push people to do things, for the inner circle people.

If u are the boss 'loved' staff, u can don't do any work and just delegate to pple to do for u. "Relationship Manager" role new definition "(

I worked at Network for Electronic Transfers full-time

    Pros

    - market leader in payments in Singapore
    - industry is dynamic and exciting
    - work - life balance is there
    - cash - rich
    - co- workers mostly friendly and trying their best

    Cons

    - no clear management direction but blind chasing after every and any project
    - many examples of biased behavior with no embarrassment and no attempt to even disguise the same
    - no regard for resource planning or project management, leading to many departments being overstretched
    - top management is completely disdainful and unappreciative of employees' efforts unless employee is within the inner circle of favorites, and if so, this employee can do nothing wrong no matter how incompetent he/ she is actually appears to the rest of the organization

    Advice to Management

Employees are your best asset and should be valued more.

I worked at Network for Electronic Transfers full-time

    Pros

Pockets of very hardworking and fun people.
Despite the stressful conditions, many of the people are civil, positive and easy to get along with.
    Ample training opportunities.
Plenty of social events like self-improvement talks, product promotions, and get-togethers.

    Cons

Long hours, many over the weekends.
Antiquated processes, lots of meaningless paperwork and signatures, just for the sake of having artifacts to file away.
Teams work in silos and never want to take the initiative because of the blame culture.
Frequent uncommunicated changes in management direction at the top level.
CEO talks down to staff, every meeting is either a scolding session or a long tiresome account of his own achievements.

    Cons

Very horrible manager, never take full responsibilities for her actions. Always pushing the blame to others. Bias as well. If xx doesnt like u means xx will find a way to tekan u. Tries to act so nice to u but come on its quite fake. Ppl can @@ through the facade. Wasted my time trying my best to serve such an incompetent boss. Probably has 0 EQ. IQ maybe not so high as well. Not sure how xx gets the position.
HR shld take away the min 2yrs of working b4 u can ask for internal transfer.

    Advice to Management

Pls look into reviewing this horrible unfit head
