I worked at Neubus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

HR is great, and the actual work is easy peasy.

    Cons

Management constantly creates a hostile work environment by yelling at people, interrupting them, telling them they're wrong when they aren't (100 lb boxes weigh 100 lbs, for instance, not 40 lbs), talking down to you, and creating a literal impossible work environment to shine in.

    Advice to Management

HR should deeply investigate how Management talks to and treats their employees, because they won't admit it until they're caught doing it.

    Pros

Monday - Friday, 7-4 job, coworkers are great, location was convenient

    Cons

By far the worst company I have ever worked for. No breaks, you had to use the restroom on your time (before or after work or at lunch, or clock out), no talking, no standing, if you request time off and it is granted it will be used against you, if you have an emergency phone call, the message has a high probability of not getting to you.

    Advice to Management

Favoritism shouldn't entitle advancement, hard work should, if a bonus structure is used in your hiring process it should be available to earn, no one should not receive an urgent message immediately because your quota isn't met. You would be surprised at the amount of people that would go above and beyond when treated with dignity and respect.

I worked at Neubus (Less than a year)

    Pros

    *great coworkers
    *work schedule worked for me
    *close to home
    *interesting but repetitive work
    *casual work environment
*good springboard to other jobs (allegedly)

    Cons

    *MANAGEMENT, or lack thereof
*rarely having supplies you need to complete tasks
    *inconsistencies in instructions and expectations
*clock out to use the restroom?!? UMMM NO. never did!!
*benefits were never extended despite being full time and doing paperwork for insurance at my orientation
*right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing
    *NO LEADERSHIP
*haphazard way of promoting unqualified individuals (aka COIN TOSS?!? yes, really)

    Advice to Management

communication and honesty go a long way. neither of those things exist here. management is a joke!! before you have a chance to give another empty "thank you from the bottom of my heart, now turn in your badges and get out of my face" speeches, I hope to God you are on the receiving end of your own line of BS!!!
