You get to work with professors who know what they are doing and are willing to help out students any way they can, the work fits around the schedule amazingly
Cons
They limit the number of hours you can work based on what you are tutoring for, forcing you to find a time where you can best help students but not during, while still managing anything else you have, getting students to come during the hours you set aside can be frustrating so it's really hard to limit the number of hours you are able to help them out
