    Pros

When there is free time, you can work on your schoolwork which has helped me out a lot. People are friendly and the schedule is flexible

There may be times when you have to interact with rude people, but I haven't encountered anything like that.

Opportunity for Self-Lead Project to Go on Résumé

    Pros

I noticed an area in which I might help students by writing a program to make their lives easier. My supervising instructor was very encouraging and said that, as long as I kept up with my normal responsibilities, I might go ahead. You can turn this into a coding opportunity, which you can put on your résumé. You just have to find it.

    Cons

Neumont's payment system doesn't handle out-of-staters very well. You can get it to work in the end, but it's extra paperwork on your side.

    Pros

The hours are very flexible and the job is very fun, getting to work with students through issues.

    Cons

The communication was slow and rather rough. Often being told things last minute if at all.
