    I have been working at NeuroLogica full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Increasing market share, Innovative products, Good benefits

    Cons

    Some managers/supervisors push new hires too much;
    there should be an organized training program.
    Many employees are overwhelmed by their workloads;
    management and managers need to find out a more reasonable way of work allocation
    and have some empathy for their employees.

    I worked at NeuroLogica full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    If you are interested in a multidiciplinary work environment that blends Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering disciplines, this is the place to work. Overall intelligence level is high, people are nice to work with.

    Cons

    Decreasing business revenues, the division is a misfit in the big picture of Samsung Healthcare business model. Quarterly lay-offs or resignations.

    Advice to Management

    Get better social skills.

    Pros

    Not many unless you count bagel Fridays

    Cons

    This is a company who's product (CeraTom)was never really thought out before spending millions designing and developing it. Thus it's more of a product looking for a market than vise versa. Then they go develop the BodyTom which is even MORE of aberration, again with NO marketing research! The very emotional CEO holds an "honorary" PhD and can hardly ever make it through a speech without crying. The technology is interesting but not relevant. Stay away from this sinking ship...

    Advice to Management

    CEO needs to learn Pretenders song "Stop Your sobbing"!

    Pros

    As someone who has been in the industry for many years, it is exciting and refreshing to work at a company that is small enough to respond quickly to customer needs. Free of the "red tape" that boggs down large companies like Siemens and GE, customer and employee needs are handled quickly and efficiently. Great team and a family atmosphere!

    Cons

    I can think of none to share!

    Pay and benefits. I can't say much else.

    Cons

    Issues never get resolved. Work/ life balance is not an issue for them. Interview promises and expectations change almost certainly and immediately after hire.

    Advice to Management

    Needs new management.
