Get out of it what you put in
Mar 3, 2020 - Test Technician in Danvers, MARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Been with the company before the Samsung transition and still with the company today. People have always been nice, makes for a pleasant work day. A lot is expected out of you but I dont consider that a bad thing; we do really important work! Pay has kept me comfortable for years, benefits are the best I have ever had. Having worked here through it all I will say the majority of the reviews represent the old Neurologica, not where we are today.
Cons
Building could use some renovations. There was a lot of turnover when Samsung took over. Many people were not able to make the adjustment but it shouldnt be a problem for those who are just coming in.

Proud to work for Neurologica
Feb 21, 2020 - Senior Account ExecutiveRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Amazing health benefits & 401k, People are all very nice. Best product/imaging on the market by a long shot which makes selling very easy. Pay is competitive in the market.
Cons
Vacation starts at 2 weeks, 3 would be nicer. Wish turnover was a little bit lower. Have seen tremendous growth in the company over the last year, would likely have had more to say if I were to be writing this review 1-2 years ago.

Rewarding for Hard Workers
Aug 27, 2018 - Software Engineer in Danvers, MARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great pay Health/Dental/Life/Vision insurance 401k with employer match up to 5% Friendly co-workers Free coffee (They just got a starbucks coffee machine with real beans! Makes great coffee) Free bagel fridays Challenging work environment Learning opportunity Room for growth, especially if you work hard. Quarterly and annual reviews give the opportunity for raises and promotions. Lots of room for input and to make a difference
Cons
You will need to work a lot of overtime but if you enjoy the work it's not that bad. Management can be in a bit of a panic at times, but the team knows what they are doing and gets things done. You will need to be self sufficient. There can be a lot of meetings and they could be more organized Little real training for new hires

Pros
As someone who has been in the industry for many years, it is exciting and refreshing to work at a company that is small enough to respond quickly to customer needs. Free of the "red tape" that boggs down large companies like Siemens and GE, customer and employee needs are handled quickly and efficiently. Great team and a family atmosphere!
Cons
I can think of none to share!
Thank you for your feedback! We are happy that you feel you are part of the family and enjoy being part ofthe team. Thank you for your work on behalf of our customers!
