    Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at NSI. I learned a lot, worked with great people and made lasting friendships. I found the owners to be very supportive and appreciated the work-life balance that was encouraged. No regrets at all.

I would like to address some of the negative comments made about previous senior management. They were dedicated and passionate about their work, and helped to guide the company through a challenging period and keep the business stable. Their contributions should not be minimized.

NSI is well positioned for future growth - a unique and innovative business model, and the new head of Sales/Marketing brings a lot of energy, vision and experience that will be important in leading the company to move the needle.

    Cons

Location can be a challenge for recruiting new employees.

A suggestion - there is room for improved communication both within departments and the entire company.

    Advice to Management

Remember - employees are your most important asset; Invest in their development and empower them to make decisions with confidence.

I worked at NeuroScience full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The scientific aspect of the company is golden. Such a great opportunity to expand your knowledge. If only there was better management.

    Cons

This company just doesn't seem to appreciate their workers. The people who have the most control are really the people who needs to get fired. The pay could definitely be better.
