I worked at Neusoft full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

US office is a good place to get paid if you are in sales or business development, pretty high salary and you can do whatever you like as long as you can bring in some business.

    Cons

    No strategy in USA market.
    Hard to keep employee.

No 401k match, no stock options. Very low meal expense allowed in travel policy.

    Advice to Management

    Use common sense

    Pros

Lots of free time, good location, nice office, good local management, lots of PTO per year plus 4 floating days, not really recommend.

    Cons

Lots of free time means that company don't actually have any in-house project, so will always try to contract employees to other company, didn't pay well, no free coffee, company do have a small kitchen in the office but you have to pay $1, if you want to drink a cup of coffee.
