    Pros

    Big international company. A lot of oppotunities as long as you would like to strive for it.

    Cons

    Lack of good business orientation. Management team do not have courage to devote more on R&D.

    Advice to Management

    Setup a clear goal. Invest more resource and money on R&D, stop being a solution company selling engineers

    Pros

    It is a training for student from 985 university in China. Managers are so nice and helpful to teach others.

    Cons

    It is just like training that I can not learn a lot in this company. Meanwhile, it is not good enough to learn what they want.

    Advice to Management

    New technique should be introduced and the environment should be improved. The time for work also need be loose.

    Pros

    Mixed culture, with good support from China. Many years experiences in IT industry.

    Cons

    Salary is relatively low, not big base in US. No stock options. Change executives too often.

    Advice to Management

    Have a long term plan to do business in US. Give more support from HQ and grow faster.

    formal developing process. Nice work environment. I enjoyed working in the team.. I guess it is okay.

    There is not much to learn. And it is hard to get promoted. Salary is not very satisfied.

    My supervisor was able to teach me a little bit about software architecture.

    Location sucks. I have to spend 2 hours to commute since I lived in the city.

    Pros

    Very good way of learning how does industry work. The the frameworks they developed them selves is a good way to learn about newest and reliable way of deploying a project.

    Cons

    Too much out sourced projects. They has a limited products on their own. You have to unregularly pick up new things which will never be used again.

    Advice to Management

    If just start your professional career, it is a good place to train yourself. Otherwise, the salary will not satisfy you.
