    Pros

    1.The corp is very humanize and gives many choince to improve skills.
    2.The corp's scala is large, working stability can be guaranteed.
    3.The corp's culture is warm and kind.

    Cons

    1.The corp is conservative. When comes to a new technology, they will show hesitation.
    2.The corp is equalitarianism, some members are not hard working but have average rewards.
    3.The organization is huge. The efficiency goes down.

    Advice to Management

    1.The corp should be more active. Try to seek the fluence of technologies, and make more additional values.
    2.Take talents seriously, and pass incapable and inefficiency member.

    I worked at Neusoft full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    In some departments, it has a quite good working environment. Also has plenty of sports activities like volleyball and basketball in software park which is really a beautiful park especially in summer.

    Cons

    Just on big company in this city, so you can hardly get a average payment here.

    Advice to Management

    Open eye to the world, learn new techniques.

    Pros

    Very good way of learning how does industry work. The the frameworks they developed them selves is a good way to learn about newest and reliable way of deploying a project.

    Cons

    Too much out sourced projects. They has a limited products on their own. You have to unregularly pick up new things which will never be used again.

    Advice to Management

    If just start your professional career, it is a good place to train yourself. Otherwise, the salary will not satisfy you.

    maybe you can learn something, but it depends totally on yourself

    Cons

    no long-term plan for employees, no incentive to pursue technological advance, worse and worse salary (compared to ever growing working experience)

    Good Life/work balance so far; nice co-works.

    The payment is a little bit low compared with others.
