I worked at Neutron Industries full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Bill Goodwin is a really good leader. I've worked with him for years and he's always been a pleasure to work with. For most part was allowed autonomy with my position and had a great supervisor that made the job enjoyable.

    Cons

From an administration side, there are way too many meetings. Some days it felt like if we'd spent the time just getting our job done as opposed to the time spent sitting in meetings, our productivity would've been much higher. Also, from our side of the house there was a constant stream of changes from management, and seemed like more times than not, as soon as you'd get done implementing a change, they'd change their mind and want to change it back another way.

    I worked at Neutron Industries

    Pros

Neutron makes it easy for anyone to succeed at their job. The training is ongoing, with bonuses given every time another section/phase is completed. There are sales reps that have been there 20 years, making over $100,000 a year, doing the same thing the new reps are doing. You keep your own accounts and build your base with fantastic support for everyone. Company policy is to take care of their employees and they do! There are lots of pay bonuses, gifts, awards, and other perks to make you glad you came to work.

    Cons

Their are no regularly scheduled pay raises for the Account Manager/ Sales position. You have to get those by building your account base. And there is some favortism when it comes to being given the easiest or hottest leads.

I worked at Neutron Industries full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The products are top notch. The management is super supportive and they really want to help you succeed in the company. I like the managers and everyone is nice. They really try to push you along.

    Cons

The people you talk to on the phone are mean as can be. You get cussed out, hung up on, yelled at and more on an hourly basis. And then those gatekeepers. It'd be easier if we could just call people who already wanted it or pre-approved appointments. But we had to make our own... Then you have to wake up at the crack of dawn just to get to work because of the super early 6:30 start. That's very taxing on a person after a while. And you can't go in expecting instant success either. It takes weeks...a month even to get remotely close to your first sale at times!
