I worked at New Brunswick Parking part-time

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, so it was a reasonably accommodating job for a college student. There were also, at the time at least, some small perks like free coffee.

    Cons

The management when I worked there was somewhat disorganized and lacked clear communication pathways for issues that came up on the job. That made it difficult to resolve those issues.

  2. "No room for growth. Dismal work environment. Lackadaisical management."

    Pros

I would not say there's a pro to working for this company. Aside from the menial pay, there are no positive points.

    Cons

Dangerous working environment coupled with menial pay are not good points either. Management is very aloof on issues concerning worker safety. They break their own rules.

    Advice to Management

Allow for growth in the company. Add more transparency so the citizens trust you more. Management must change or else the company will face consequences that its previous manager is currently embroiled in.

    Pros

this is a job thats good for while you are in school. 24 hr around the clock shifts. lots of overtime.

    Cons

you will not be able to move up at all. the job is all about who you know. it is very bureaucratic.

    Advice to Management

give the employees fair wages, raises, and bonuses. the people with college degrees are at the bottom while the employees who have just been there for ever run the show. open your eyes.
